Public Procurement Department

Our Public Procurement team provides comprehensive services in the procurement procedures used for awarding public contracts, both to contracting authorities and contractors, which including drafting the terms of reference (‘essential terms of the contract’), advising on procedural matters, and providing representation before the National Chamber of Appeals (KIO) and courts of law in connection with remedies such as appeals, accessions and complaints.
